We collect the details you give us and a little about how you use the site. We use them to send you what you asked for and to improve what we make. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Who we are

CAREPLAIN is an online education platform for aesthetic clinic owners. In this policy, “CAREPLAIN”, “we”, and “us” mean the CAREPLAIN brand and the business that operates it, which is responsible for the data described in this policy. For anything about your data, email hello@careplain.com.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name and email when you join our list or download a free resource, and any message you send us.
  • Form entries. We keep any information entered into forms on this site, and we may send you relevant emails.
  • Purchase details. When you buy a program, your payment is handled by Paddle. Paddle collects your billing details. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data. Basic analytics about how you use the site, such as pages viewed and how you got here. This comes through cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used. What you type into a form is hidden from these recordings.

How we use it

  • To deliver the free resource or the program you asked for.
  • To send you emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand what content helps, and to improve the site and our programs.
  • To measure and improve our ads.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the business:

  • Paddle, for payments and billing.
  • Our email platform, to send the emails you signed up for.
  • Meta and analytics tools, to measure site traffic and ad performance.

We never sell your details for money, and we never hand your email address to anyone who is not listed above. We do send Meta a scrambled version of your email when you join a list, so that the ads you were shown can be matched to what actually happened. If you would rather we did not, write to us and we will take you out of it.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and pixels to remember your choices and to measure traffic and ads. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
  • Ask us what data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your data.

To do any of these, email hello@careplain.com and we take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are on our list or a customer, and for as long as we need it for our records and tax obligations. When you ask us to delete it, we remove what we are not required to keep.

We may update this policy as the business grows. The date at the top shows the last update.
