Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read, understand, and use this site, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnifiers. Making that work is an ongoing effort, and we keep improving as we go.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the guidelines referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 in the United States. They cover things like readable text, keyboard access, clear structure, and enough color contrast.
The accessibility tools on this site
Every page has an accessibility button in the bottom corner. Open it to adjust the site to what you need:
- Make the text larger, in a few steps.
- Switch to high contrast.
- Underline and highlight links.
- Switch to a plainer, more readable font.
- Highlight the headings on the page.
- Use a larger cursor.
- Pause animations and motion.
Your choices are remembered on your device, so the site stays set the way you like it.
What we know is still in progress
Some parts of the site were built by us and some rely on outside tools, such as our checkout and forms. We are working through both. If you reach a page or a feature that does not work for you, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
Tell us if something gets in your way
If you have trouble using any part of this site, email hello@careplain.com and tell us the page and what happened. We read every message and we will help you get what you came for, and use it to make the site better.
